Click the “Hi” button to check the approximate leak range, then switch to the "Lo" button to locate the specific leak. NOTE: The handheld gas detector defaults to "Hi" every power on for safety reasons. Detection Range: 50 to 1000 ppm (Based on Methane).
• LCD DIAPLAY & AUDIO ALARM: The 1.1'' LCD screen with green backlight can display 7-segment bar graph, "Hi" or "Lo" sensitivity mode and low power indication. When there is a serious gas leak problem, the progress bar will turn red, and the audio alert will continue "beep-beep-beep".
• BATTERY POWERED AND PORTABLE SIZE: This pen-type portable gas sniffer is powered by 2x1.5V AAA batteries (package includes). In order to save battery life, the detector will automatically shut off after about 5 minutes of no operation.
